The Office of Civic Engagement & Immigrant Affairs (OCEIA) promotes civic participation and inclusive policies that improve the lives of San Francisco’s residents, particularly immigrants, newcomers, underserved and vulnerable communities. OCEIA seeks to bridge linguistic and cultural barriers to ensure that San Francisco’s diverse residents have equal access to city services and opportunities to participate and contribute in meaningful ways to the success of the community and to the city.
NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
OCEIA is pleased to announce the availability of an RFP for 2012-2013 under the following general fund program: Language Access Community Grants. The RFP will be available electronically on OCEIA’s website at www.sfgov.org/oceia on Thursday, November 29, 2012. All proposals must be submitted electronically and received by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2012.
